It’s a beautiful, warm and sunny day – perfect for thinking about a TROPICAL DESSERT. This week I’m making some delicious COCONUT MACAROONS 🥥

I don’t think I ever tried these as a child – but as an adult, I got hooked. The centers are soft and chewy, while the outside has some crispy bits and a delectable caramelized bottom. Surprisingly, they are NOT TOO SWEET – those are MAGIC WORDS TO ME. Mmmm good…

Yes, they may LOOK A LITTLE FANCY, BUT THEY’RE ACTUALLY NOT. THESE ARE SO EASY TO MAKE, YOU CAN DO THE RECIPE WHILE WATCHING TV 😂

For the CLASSIC COCONUT-ONLY MACAROONS YOU ONLY NEED 3 INGREDIENTS! SHREDDED COCONUT, CONDENSED MILK, AND VANILLA. But just add CHOCOLATE CHIPS and you’ll have a chocolate-chip cookie- like treat that will be very difficult to resist!

And for ST. PATRICK’S DAY, I used some green gel food coloring to make the CLASSIC COCONUT ONES A FESTIVE GREEN:
